Position Overview:

The Client Solutions Coordinator will be the primary point of contact for industrial clients, responsible for understanding client needs, creating quotations, and managing project, logistics from start to finish. This role combines client relationship management, design preparation, and onsite coordination to ensure smooth installation processes. The ideal candidate will be resourceful, hands-on, and able to operate in both office and onsite settings, sometimes assisting with physical tasks as needed. While training on AutoCAD or similar software will be provided, familiarity with any design software is acceptable.

Responsibilities:

  • Client Engagement: Act as the main contact for industrial clients, discussing needs and presenting suitable solutions for shelving systems, waste bins, and other industrial equipment.
  • Project Planning & Design: Prepare preliminary designs and sketches to help clients visualize product placement and setup. Training on a design program such as AutoCAD is provided.
  • Quotation & Follow-Up: Develop and issue quotations, follow up with clients through email or calls, and manage the tender process for public projects.
  • Onsite Coordination: Visit client locations (primarily industrial and public spaces) to assess installation needs, supervise ongoing installations, and support the installation team where necessary.
  • Quality Assurance: Ensure that installations meet the required standards and client specifications, occasionally assisting with equipment operation (e.g., forklift) to facilitate installation.
  • Communication & Reporting: Regularly report to Beatriz and collaborate with a diverse team of five, ensuring project updates are communicated effectively.

Requirements

  • Valid Driver's license.
  • Proficiency in basic design principles.
  • Computer literacy is a must.
  • Strong interpersonal & communication skills (English & Maltese).
  • Must be organised & detail-oriented.

Education and Experience

  • Previous experience in a client-facing role within industrial or retail settings is advantageous.
  • Hands-on experience or familiarity with design software (e.g., AutoCAD, SketchUp) is preferred.
