IT Senior Sales Executive (Hybrid)

  South of Malta  |  €25,000 - €50,000 Annually 

As a Senior Sales Executive, you will play a key role in driving the sales of advanced, large-scale technology solutions to B2B clients. You will manage the full sales cycle, from lead generation through to deal closure, ensuring the seamless delivery of customized solutions that meet client-specific business needs.

Responsibilities:

  • Identify and engage potential clients to expand business opportunities.
  • Develop strategic partnerships by exploring and evaluating potential business deals.
  • Maintain strong client relationships to ensure long-term business growth.
  • Assess client needs and provide tailored solutions, aligning products and services with business objectives.
  • Analyze technical requirements and collaborate with pre-sales engineers, project managers, and product teams to design and propose appropriate technical solutions to meet client needs. 
  • Develop and present compelling sales proposals and quotations from both technical and commercial perspectives.
  • Lead the end-to-end tendering process, including bid preparation and submission.
  • Work closely with legal and finance teams to ensure that terms and conditions are favorable to the company while meeting client needs.
  • Prepare and manage sales contracts, ensuring compliance with business policies.
  • Negotiate and secure contracts, optimizing terms for both the company and clients.
  • Oversee product handover, ensuring seamless installation and operational success.
  • Supervise installation processes and address initial technical challenges.
  • Liaise with customers post-installation to assess performance and coordinate necessary modifications.
  • Address customer technical inquiries and provide solutions to enhance satisfaction.
  • Monitor support requests, ensuring products and services meet expectations.
  • Conduct performance evaluations and implement improvements based on client feedback.
  • Manage relationships with suppliers and partners to ensure timely procurement of stock, equipment, and services.
  • Optimize inventory levels to meet operational and project demands.
  • Analyze market trends, customer feedback, and sales performance to drive strategic decisions.

Requirements:

  • A minimum of 5 years’ commercial experience within the Telecommunications or IT sector, with a foundation in technical support, product development, or project management.
  • A Diploma in a technical discipline (e.g. ICT, Engineering, or a related field).
  • A proven track record in lead generation, prospect qualification, solution design, deal negotiation, and closing.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, particularly in client-facing roles, paired with a keen sales drive and eye for detail.
  • Self-motivation and the ability to operate independently, especially under pressure.
  • Strategic thinking capabilities, with the ability to evaluate customer requirements, identify target segments, and align solutions with client goals.
  • Proficiency with Microsoft Office applications.
  • A valid driving license.

The remuneration package include a Gross Salary + Commission
