Our client, operating in the telecommunications industry, is looking for a Junior Sales Executive to support business development efforts, engage with prospective clients, and promote innovative solutions. This role offers the opportunity to gain hands-on experience in sales, lead generation, and client relationship management within a fast-paced and evolving sector.
- Support and eventually lead presentations to promote the company’s products to both prospective and existing clients.
- Understand the department’s strategy, direction, and values, and communicate any concerns with the line manager.
- Assist in researching and organizing lead development pipelines, ensuring key contacts are identified and market trends are tracked.
- Develop an understanding of prospective clients to recommend suitable products based on their needs.
- Reach out to potential clients through various channels, including chats, cold calls, and emails.
- Qualify leads from campaigns and conferences, identifying sales opportunities.
- Assist in account management and client relationship maintenance, which may include attending sales meetings and addressing client concerns.
- Support the team with the commercial aspects of the company’s products, including positioning and pricing strategies.
- Collaborate with the marketing and design teams to align strategies with client needs and assist in preparing and delivering presentations.
- Work closely with team members to ensure a seamless and professional sales process.
- Represent the company at fairs, conferences, and exhibitions, and travel for work as needed.
- Adhere to communication procedures, guidelines, and company policies.
- Perform any other duties assigned by management as needed.
Requirements

Education and Experience
- Advanced education and/or certification in sales or a related field
- A minimum of one (1) year of professional experience in business development, sales, or a similar role, including achieving targets, lead generation, cold calling, and/or securing new business sales.
- Experience in various aspects of the sales process, including identifying opportunities and engaging clients.
- Proficiency in English; additional languages are an advantage.
- Strong presentation skills, with the ability to tailor presentations for different audiences.
