Retail Sales Manager

  Central Malta  |  €23,000 - €45,000 Annually 

Our client, a leading company within the FMCG industry, is looking for a Retail Sales Manager. Reporting to the head of Retails Sales, your responsibilities will include:

  • Introduce new products in designated outlets.  
  • Build client relationships.
  • Increase brand awareness and consumer demand through promotions and tastings.  
  • Collaborate with sales reps to maintain and grow sales.  
  • Organise PR activities like cellar visits to enhance brand image.  
  • Work closely with the sales team in the assigned area.  
  • Provide monthly reports to the Head of Sales.  

Working Hours: Monday - Friday

Salary + commission + an attractive bonus structure

Requirements

  • Previous local experience in a similar role and industry is a must.
  • Hold an excellent level of Maltese & English
  • Driven and able to increase sales revenue and meet targets.
