Our client, a fast-growing retailer of high-quality electronic products, is currently seeking a motivated and customer-oriented Sales Associate to join their team. The ideal candidate will have excellent communication skills, a positive attitude, and a passion for sales. As a Sales Associate, you will be responsible for assisting customers with their purchases and providing exceptional service.
Your responsibilities will include:
- Greet customers and assist them in finding products that meet their needs
- Answer any questions or concerns customers may have about products or services
- Process transactions accurately and efficiently using our POS system
- Maintain a clean and organized sales floor, including restocking shelves and arranging displays
- Meet and exceed sales goals by actively promoting products and upselling to customers
- Build and maintain relationships with customers to ensure repeat business
- Stay up-to-date on product knowledge and industry trends to provide accurate information to customers
- Collaborate with team members to ensure a positive and cohesive work environment
- Handle customer complaints and resolve issues in a timely and professional manner
- Follow company policies and procedures, including cash handling and inventory management
Working Hours: Monday - Saturday on roster basis
Requirements
- Previous retail or sales experience is a plus
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Strong customer service skills and ability to build relationships
- Ability to work in a fast-paced and dynamic environment
- Flexible availability, including evenings and weekends
- Knowledge of POS systems and basic computer skills
- Hold an excellent level of Maltese and English
