Our client, a global insurance company, is looking to onboard a Sales & Customer Executive to join their growing team. Reporting to the team lead, the chosen candidate will:
- Deliver primary customer support for insurance-related inquiries.
- Manage incoming calls and emails with the highest level of professionalism and efficiency, in accordance with company standards.
- Collaborate with internal teams to resolve customer queries effectively.
- Prepare and dispatch client documentation accurately and promptly.
Working Hours:
Monday - Thursday 08:00 - 17:00
Fridays: 08:00 - 15:30
Every last Saturday of the month: 09:00 - 13:00
Requirements
- Telephone etiquette, communication and organisational skills are a must
- Must portray problem-solving skills and a strong customer-oriented attitude
Education and Experience
- Experience in the following sectors is a must: Insurance, Contact Centre, Customer Care
- Proficiency in computer litrec and familiar with Microsoft Office application
- Fluency in written and spoken Maltese and English
- Must be qualified in Insurance or any related field
