Sales & Design Executive

Our client, one of Malta's established finishing companies, are looking for a Sales & Design Executive, offering a great opportunity to earn a very good monthly salary (basic wage + commission) and the successful candidate will be part of a team selling flooring material and other finishing products.  Key responsibilities include:

  • Giving detailed and accurate advice to all customers, seeking the company’s products and services
  • Supplying customer with estimates and quotes within a timely manner
  • Conducting client follow ups and assist in other administrative functions as necessary
  • Processing Sales Orders and following up on the execution of the order
  • Establishing and maintaining outstanding customer relationships
  • Liaising with other departments within the company throughout the process to make sure all client requirements are met
  • Monitoring and increasing yearly sales revenue

You will be working showroom hours: Monday - Friday 9:00am -7:00pm, Saturday 9:00 - 1:00pm. (1 mid-week afternoon off)

Requirements

  • Posses excellent communication, selling and negotiations skills
  • Possess a positive attitude, self-motivated and proactive
  • Sales-driven and focused on meeting and exceeding all targets
  • Able to work on own initiative as well as a team

Education and Experience

  • An aptitude for construction, flooring materials and interior design is desirable
  • Knowledge of ACAD design software will be considered a strong asset
  • Highly fluent in English, in both spoken and written
