Sales Executive (Shipping)

  Central Malta  |  up to €26,000 Annually 

Our client in the maritime industry is looking for a motivated Sales Executive to join their Sales and Customer Care department. The selected candidate will be responsible for handling incoming enquiries, preparing quotations for shipments, and actively promoting and selling our services.

Responsibilities

  • Respond to customer enquiries in a timely and professional manner
  • Prepare accurate and competitive quotes for the shipment of goods
  • Promote and sell the company’s freight forwarding services
  • Collaborate effectively with team members to ensure excellent service delivery

Requirements

  • Fluency in English (spoken and written) and Maltese is a must
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • A good standard of education
  • Strong computer literacy; ECDL certification is an asset
  • Team-oriented with a proactive attitude
  • Currently residing in Malta
  • A valid driving license, as client visits may be required in the future
