Sales Executive (Showroom)

A well-established client of ours is looking into recruiting a Sales Executive to join their growing team. The roles and responsibilities will include: 

  • Provide exceptional customer service, ensuring each client feels valued and receives personalized attention.
  • Develop and maintain strong relationships with clients, anticipating their needs and preferences.
  • Address customer inquiries and concerns promptly and professionally.
  • Gain comprehensive knowledge of the brand's products, including features, benefits, and unique selling points.
  • Handle point-of-sale transactions accurately and efficiently.
  • Maintain organised and up-to-date client records and sales reports.
  • Assist with inventory management, including stock checks and replenishment.
  • Ensure the shop is visually appealing, adheres to brand guidelines, and coordinate with the visual merchandising team to implement store layouts and displays.
  • Handle point-of-sale transactions accurately and efficiently.
  • Maintain organised and up-to-date client records and sales reports, while assisting with inventory management, including stock checks and replenishment.
  • Embody the luxury brand's philosophy and maintain its standards in all interactions.
  • Uphold the brand's image by presenting oneself in a professional and polished manner.

Requirements

  • Knowledge of AutoCAD is a must
  • Experience with the SAP system for quotations and inventory management will be considered as an asset.
  • Extremely well-spoken and presentable
  • Excellent command in English; Fluency in Maltese is preferred
  • Outstanding abilities in communication, interpersonal relations, and customer service
  • Self-motivated with a results-driven approach

Education and Experience

  • Experience in marble works, ceramics, tiles, or bathroom materials is required.
  • Strong preference will be given to candidates with retail or showroom sales experience
