A well-established client of ours is looking into recruiting a Sales Executive to join their growing team. The roles and responsibilities will include:
- Provide exceptional customer service, ensuring each client feels valued and receives personalized attention.
- Develop and maintain strong relationships with clients, anticipating their needs and preferences.
- Address customer inquiries and concerns promptly and professionally.
- Gain comprehensive knowledge of the brand's products, including features, benefits, and unique selling points.
- Handle point-of-sale transactions accurately and efficiently.
- Maintain organised and up-to-date client records and sales reports.
- Assist with inventory management, including stock checks and replenishment.
- Ensure the shop is visually appealing, adheres to brand guidelines, and coordinate with the visual merchandising team to implement store layouts and displays.

Working Hours:
Mon-Fri - 8:00 - 17:00
Sat - 7/8am-12pm & x1 during the week they can work half-day.
Requirements
- Knowledge of AutoCAD is a must
- Experience with the SAP system for quotations and inventory management will be considered as an asset.
- Extremely well-spoken and presentable
- Excellent command in English; Fluency in Maltese is preferred
- Outstanding abilities in communication, interpersonal relations, and customer service
- Self-motivated with a results-driven approach
Education and Experience
- Experience in marble works, ceramics, tiles, or bathroom materials is required.
- Strong preference will be given to candidates with retail or showroom sales experience
