Sales Executive

  Central Malta  |  up to €18,000 Annually 

This opportunity is ideal for a sales-oriented, results-driven individual who thrives in a dynamic environment. We seek a motivated professional eager to meet and exceed sales targets in the media sector.

Responsibilities:

  • Build and sustain strong relationships with clients and advertising agencies.
  • Understand client marketing goals and offer tailored advertising solutions.
  • Develop and execute sales strategies to meet and surpass revenue targets.
  • Identify and pursue new business opportunities, crafting innovative client proposals.
  • Work with creative and production teams to ensure smooth execution of ad campaigns.
  • Provide clients with campaign performance updates and suggest optimizations.
  • Keep up-to-date with industry trends, market conditions, and competitor activities.
  • Use market research to uncover new revenue opportunities and stay ahead of industry trends.
  • Negotiate advertising contracts and close deals to meet revenue objectives.
  • Ensure all paperwork and contracts are completed accurately and promptly.
  • Collaborate with the accounts department to ensure payment terms are adhered to.

Requirements

  • Strong communication and presentation abilities.
  • Self-motivated, with the capacity to work independently.
  • Must have own means of transport.

Education and Experience

  • Proven experience in advertising sales, media sales, or a related field.
  • Prior experience in radio and digital media advertising is advantageous.
  • Relevant educational qualification.
