Sales Executive

  Central Malta  |  €30,000 - €35,000 Annually 

Our client within the hospitality industry, is looking to recruit a Sales Executive to join their growing team. Reporting to the Director, the chosen candidate will:

  • Deliver outstanding customer service for both the pottery and restaurant businesses, ensuring a seamless and memorable experience for all clients.
  • Manage client inquiries, orders, and follow-ups with a high level of professionalism and efficiency.
  • Build and nurture relationships with local clients, including corporates, hotels, restaurants, destination management companies (DMCs), and tour operators.
  • Plan and coordinate promotional activities and collaborations with local businesses to enhance brand visibility and engagement.
  • Support the organization and execution of events, workshops, and product launches, ensuring their success.

Requirements

  • Strong sales and interpersonal skills, with a proven ability to build and maintain client relationships.
  • Passion for ceramics and/or hospitality is a bonus, reflecting genuine enthusiasm for the business.
  • Exceptional organizational skills and the ability to manage multiple tasks simultaneously.
  • Effective communication skills, both verbal and written, in English.

Education and Experience

  • Excellent customer service experience, with a proactive and solutions-oriented mindset.
  • Familiarity with Malta's hospitality and tourism industry.
  • Must hold up to 3 years experience in Sales, Outdoor sales is preferred
