Our client, a leading local importer and distributor is looking to recruit a Sales Manager to join their growing team. Reporting to the CEO, the chosen candidate will:
- Design and implement a comprehensive commercial strategy aimed at driving revenue growth, profitability, and market expansion.
- Spearhead the development and execution of sales initiatives in established and emerging markets.
- Evaluate the performance of brands and products, introducing strategies to strengthen market position and maximize returns.
- Identify and seize growth opportunities in current and potential markets to accelerate sales expansion.
- Cultivate robust relationships with suppliers and stakeholders to support business growth initiatives.
- Oversee customer insights and analysis to refine engagement strategies and boost client satisfaction.
- Lead, and empower a high-performing sales team to surpass key performance metrics (KPIs).
- Promote a workplace culture rooted in innovation, accountability, and team collaboration.
- Provide data-driven insights and strategic recommendations to the executive team to shape business direction.
- Assume full profit and loss (P&L) accountability for the division, ensuring financial objectives are achieved or exceeded.
- Direct sales planning, resource allocation, and forecasting to align with financial goals on a quarterly and annual basis.
- Manage budgets, streamline purchasing processes, and allocate resources effectively for operational efficiency.
Requirements

Education and Experience
- Certification in Business is given preference.
- Deep understanding of sales processes, market dynamics, and customer relationship management.
