Our client, is looking to recruit a Sales Manager to join their growing team. Reporting to the General Manager, the chosen candidate will:
- Develop and implement effective sales strategies to increase revenue and market share for the auto parts and lubricants division.
- Manage, mentor, and motivate a team of sales representatives to meet and exceed sales goals.
- Build and maintain strong, long-lasting customer relationships by delivering excellent customer service and product solutions.
- Stay updated on industry trends, competitor activity, and customer needs to identify new opportunities and maintain a competitive edge.
- Track and analyze sales performance data, providing regular reports on team progress toward targets.
- Ensure sales budgets and forecasts are adhered to, maintaining efficient sales operations.
- Develop in-depth knowledge of the company’s auto parts and lubricants products, offering training and support to the sales team.
- Handle key customer negotiations and close high-value deals.
- Collaborate closely with marketing and other departments to ensure smooth sales operations and customer satisfaction.
Requirements
- Strong leadership and team management skills.

- Ability to analyze market trends and customer needs.
- Strong organizational and time management skills.
Education and Experience
- Proven experience (3+ years) in sales management. If such experience would be within the automotive or related industry (auto parts, lubricants, etc.) it would be considered favorably.
- Results-oriented with a proven track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets.
- Valid driver's license and willingness to travel abroad as required.
