Sales Manager

  Central Malta  |  starting from €50,000 Annually 

Our client, is looking to recruit a Sales Manager to join their growing team. Reporting to the General Manager, the chosen candidate will:

  • Develop and implement effective sales strategies to increase revenue and market share for the auto parts and lubricants division.
  • Manage, mentor, and motivate a team of sales representatives to meet and exceed sales goals.
  • Build and maintain strong, long-lasting customer relationships by delivering excellent customer service and product solutions.
  • Stay updated on industry trends, competitor activity, and customer needs to identify new opportunities and maintain a competitive edge.
  • Track and analyze sales performance data, providing regular reports on team progress toward targets.
  • Ensure sales budgets and forecasts are adhered to, maintaining efficient sales operations.
  • Develop in-depth knowledge of the company’s auto parts and lubricants products, offering training and support to the sales team.
  • Handle key customer negotiations and close high-value deals.
  • Collaborate closely with marketing and other departments to ensure smooth sales operations and customer satisfaction.

Requirements

  • Strong leadership and team management skills.
  • Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to analyze market trends and customer needs.
  • Strong organizational and time management skills.

Education and Experience

  • Proven experience (3+ years) in sales management. If such experience would be within the automotive or related industry (auto parts, lubricants, etc.) it would be considered favorably.
  • Results-oriented with a proven track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets.
  • Valid driver's license and willingness to travel abroad as required.
