Sales Manager

  Central Malta  |  €35,000 - €40,000 Annually 

This job of a Sales Manager is for an experienced leader to oversee the performance of a sales team while ensuring sales goals are met by the right planning, supporting the team as needed and focusing on client needs and market trends.

Responsibilities:
• Develop and implement strategies to increase sales and profitability
• Monitor and analyze sales performance and adjust strategies as needed
• Monitor and evaluate team performance and provide feedback and guidance
• Develop and maintain relationships with key customers and industry partners
• Analyze customer data and market trends to identify new opportunities
• Develop and implement promotional campaigns to increase brand awareness
• Negotiate contracts and pricing with vendors and customers
• Prepare and oversee sales budgets, data analysis and other relevant reports

Requirements

  • Technical and Product knowledge related to the building services industry is seen as an asset - power tools, ventilation, water pumps and other consumables and accessories
  • Strong understanding of the sales process
  • Excellent communication at all levels
  • IT Savvy - word, excel and presentation tools
  • Analytical and good at reading numbers

Education and Experience

  • Degree level of Education in a related field - Business Management, Sales, Marketing or similar
  • Minimum 3 years experience within a Sales role is a must with a track record of leading a team
