Sales Representative (FMCG)

Our client, a leading FMCG importer, dsitributor, is looking to recruit a Sales Representative to join their growing team. Reporting to the Sales Manager, the chosen candidate will: 

  • Develop New Clients: Identify and pursue new business opportunities to expand our client base.
  • Maintain and Grow Sales: Strengthen relationships with existing clients to drive repeat business and upsell opportunities.
  • Client Communication: Respond promptly to sales inquiries and concerns via phone, email, and in-person meetings to ensure client satisfaction.
  • Customer Service Excellence: Foster positive client relationships by ensuring high levels of service satisfaction.
  • Sales Monitoring and Reporting: Track sales activities, maintain accurate records, and provide regular updates and feedback to management.

Requirements

  • A commitment to excellent customer service
  • A good level of interpersonal skills, including the ability to quickly build rapport with customers
  • Able to work comfortably in a fast-paced environment

Education and Experience

  • Experience in sales will be considered an advantage
  • Understanding of the sales process and dynamics
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills, in English - Maltese will be given preference
  • Competency in Microsoft applications including Word, Excel, and Outlook
