Solution Sales Manager

  Central Malta  |  €40,000 - €49,000 Annually 

Our client, a leader in Document Technology, Products, and Services, is seeking a highly motivated and results-oriented Solution Sales Manager to join their team in the IT Solutions and Services sector. This key role focuses on driving sales growth by developing and executing targeted sales strategies for their solutions. You will be responsible for identifying, developing, and closing sales opportunities.

Your responsibilities will include:

  • Develop and execute strategic sales plans to achieve revenue targets and expand market presence.
  • Identify and engage potential clients, understanding their business challenges and presenting tailored solutions.
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with key stakeholders and decision-makers within client organisations.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including marketing and product development, to align sales strategies with overall business objectives.
  • Conduct market research to identify emerging trends and competitive landscape, adjusting sales strategies accordingly.
  • Prepare and deliver compelling presentations and proposals that effectively communicate the value of their solutions.
  • Monitor sales performance metrics and provide regular reports to senior management on progress and challenges.
  • Maintain accurate records of sales activities, customer interactions, and pipeline management in the CRM system.  

Working Hours: Monday - Friday

Requirements

  • Demonstrated experience as a Sales Manager or a similar position within the IT Solutions and Services industry.
  • Hold an excellent level of written and verbal Maltese and English languages
  • Familiarity with IT solutions and services, including Cloud Computing, Cybersecurity, Data Management, and Digital Transformation.
  • Proven ability to manage complex sales cycles and collaborate with cross-functional teams.
  • Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation abilities.
  • Proficient in using CRM systems and other sales-related tools.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with a results-oriented mindset.
  • Willingness to travel as needed to meet with clients.

Education and Experience

  • Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field.
