Technical Sales Representative (BMS)

  Central Malta  |  €30,000 - €36,000 Annually 

Our client is looking for a driven and results-oriented Technical Sales Representative to join their team. In this role, you will be responsible for selling and promoting Building Management Systems (BMS), industrial and process automation, security systems, and gas safety solutions to clients across the industrial, construction, real estate, and facility management sectors.

Key Responsibilities

  • Build and maintain strong relationships with contractors, property developers, and facility managers.  
  • Identify client needs and recommend tailored solutions in BMS, security, fire, and gas safety systems.  
  • Prepare and deliver technical sales proposals, product demonstrations, and quotations.  
  • Collaborate with the technical team to ensure effective system design and implementation.  
  • Stay updated on industry trends and emerging technologies in automation, security, fire, and gas safety.  
  • Manage the entire sales process, from lead generation to deal closure.  
  • Negotiate contracts and ensure customer satisfaction through after-sales support.  
  • Contribute to the company’s long-term growth and success.  

Requirements

  • A background in engineering, electrical systems, or automation
  • Experience in sales of BMS, security, or fire safety solutions is preferred.  
  • Strong understanding of building automation, security, fire, and gas safety technologies.
  • Excellent communication and presentation skills, with the ability to explain technical concepts clearly and persuasively.  
  • Self-motivated, target-driven, and capable of managing a sales pipeline.  
  • A valid driver’s license and willingness to travel to client sites.  
  • Maltese and English language is a must
