We are currently working with a number of clients who are looking to recruit a Telesales Representative.
The ideal candidate will be responsible for:
- Make outbound sales calls to potential and existing customers;
- Provide product and service information to prospective customers;
- Identify customer needs and recommend appropriate products or services;
- Achieve or exceed daily and monthly sales targets;
- Handle customer complaints;
- Maintain accurate and up-to-date customer records in the CRM system;
- Follow up with customers to ensure satisfaction and repeat business;
- Collaborate with team members to improve sales strategies and meet goals;
- Stay updated on product knowledge and industry trends.
Requirements
- Proven experience as a telesales representative or in a similar sales/customer service role is a must
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills;
- Ability to handle rejection and work under pressure;
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office and CRM software;
- Positive and energetic attitude with a passion for sales.
- Fluency in both Maltese AND English is a must
