Territory Business Development Manager

  Central Malta  |  up to €34,000 Annually 

Our client is an innovative company based in Malta, specializing in the development of advanced technology solutions. Their product is transforming the way AML (Anti-Money Laundering) transaction monitoring is conducted. As they continue to grow internationally, they are seeking a dynamic Territory Business Development Manager (TBDM) to join their expanding Business Development team.

As a TBDM, you will be instrumental in driving our business growth. Key responsibilities include:

  • Lead Generation: Identify and pursue new business opportunities through methods such as cold calling, networking, and digital marketing.
  • Client Engagement: Engage with potential clients to understand their needs and document requirements.
  • Product Demonstrations: Deliver persuasive demos to highlight the benefits of the product.
  • Proposal Preparation: Develop comprehensive and convincing business proposals.
  • Negotiation: Negotiate pricing and contracts to successfully close deals.
  • Collaboration: Partner with our delivery and pre-sales teams to ensure smooth service delivery.
  • Account Management: Build and maintain strong relationships with clients to ensure their long-term satisfaction and success.

Requirements

  • A successful track record in meeting sales goals and delivering excellent customer service.
  • Experience engaging with high-profile clients and building relationships with C-suite executives.
  • Strong attention to detail with excellent problem-solving abilities.
  • Effective interpersonal and negotiation skills, with a collaborative, team-driven attitude.
  • Proficiency in written and spoken English; additional European languages are an advantage.
  • Must be in Malta.

Education and Experience

  • Basic knowledge of banking, regulatory compliance, AML, financial fraud, responsible gambling, and KYC.
  • A tertiary degree or equivalent experience in relevant fields.

Benefits

  • Guaranteed Commission in the first year.
  • Commission based on sales as from the 2nd year.
