Our client is an innovative company based in Malta, specializing in the development of advanced technology solutions. Their product is transforming the way AML (Anti-Money Laundering) transaction monitoring is conducted. As they continue to grow internationally, they are seeking a dynamic Territory Business Development Manager (TBDM) to join their expanding Business Development team.
As a TBDM, you will be instrumental in driving our business growth. Key responsibilities include:
- Lead Generation: Identify and pursue new business opportunities through methods such as cold calling, networking, and digital marketing.
- Client Engagement: Engage with potential clients to understand their needs and document requirements.
- Product Demonstrations: Deliver persuasive demos to highlight the benefits of the product.
- Proposal Preparation: Develop comprehensive and convincing business proposals.
- Negotiation: Negotiate pricing and contracts to successfully close deals.
- Collaboration: Partner with our delivery and pre-sales teams to ensure smooth service delivery.
- Account Management: Build and maintain strong relationships with clients to ensure their long-term satisfaction and success.
Requirements
- A successful track record in meeting sales goals and delivering excellent customer service.
- Experience engaging with high-profile clients and building relationships with C-suite executives.
- Strong attention to detail with excellent problem-solving abilities.
- Effective interpersonal and negotiation skills, with a collaborative, team-driven attitude.
- Proficiency in written and spoken English; additional European languages are an advantage.
- Must be in Malta.
Education and Experience
- Basic knowledge of banking, regulatory compliance, AML, financial fraud, responsible gambling, and KYC.
- A tertiary degree or equivalent experience in relevant fields.
