Business Central Consultant

As a Business Central Consultant, you will be responsible for participating in the analysis, implementation, and support of various product offerings and technologies at client sites. These include both off-the-shelf ERPs and CRMs as well as internally developed products.

Key Responsibilities:

• Analyze client requirements and business processes to identify appropriate solutions.
• Implement and support ERP, CRM, and in-house developed systems at client locations.
• Recommend solutions to meet client needs and optimize business processes.
• Communicate effectively with stakeholders, translating technical concepts into clear, non-technical business language.
• Collaborate with internal teams to ensure smooth implementation and support of business applications.
• Participate in testing, troubleshooting, and providing post-implementation support for client systems.
• Prepare and maintain documentation related to business requirements and technical designs

Requirements

• A minimum of five years’ experience in a similar role
• Strong analytical skills while being meticulous, methodical and accurate in the completion of tasks
• The ideal individual would have financial knowledge
• Able to interact with business stakeholders, engage in accounting and business process discussions.

• University Degree or Diploma in Business & Computing, Information Systems, or related fields,
