Product Specialist (Hybrid)

We are on the lookout for a results-driven Product Specialist to manage a portfolio of services. In this role, you will play a key part in shaping the strategic direction of the company's products, driving innovation, and delivering solutions that cater to the evolving needs of their B2B customers.

Responsibilities:

Strategic Planning:

• Define and execute the product strategy for the company's services 
• Analyze market trends, customer needs, and competitive landscapes to shape the product roadmap.
• Develop go-to-market strategies, encompassing product positioning, messaging, and pricing models.

Product Development:

• Oversee the full product lifecycle: ideation, development, launch, growth, and retirement.
• Collaborate with internal teams to design and roll out innovative solutions.
• Stay informed about emerging technologies and regulatory changes to maintain a forward-thinking portfolio.
• Manage the product budget, ensuring cost control and effective investment allocation.
• Recommend pricing strategies based on insights and market conditions.

Sales & Customer Support:

• Equip sales teams with training, tools, and resources to drive product adoption and revenue.
• Partner with service delivery teams to ensure an exceptional customer experience.

Requirements:

• -Bachelor’s degree in Business, Engineering, Telecommunications, or a related field or proven experience in product management in the IT sector.
• Excellent analytical skills with the ability to translate data into actionable insights.
• Strong project management skills, with the ability to collaborate in cross-functional teams and manage multiple priorities.
• Strong communication and presentation skills, with experience engaging with stakeholders at all levels.
