Technical Business Analyst

Our client is looking for a driven Business Analyst to join their dynamic team and contribute to their exciting journey.  

Responsibilities:

• Analyse and document current business processes across various departments.
• Identify opportunities for process optimization, streamlining, and automation.

• Design comprehensive solutions for process improvements, including detailed UX flows.

• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to implement and refine new processes.

• Conduct thorough market analysis of competing product offerings.

• Design innovative solutions that leverage our company's technology to create competitive advantages.

• Create detailed business requirements documents and functional specifications.

• Develop and maintain product roadmaps based on market trends and company goals.

• Facilitate workshops and meetings to gather requirements and present findings.

• Work closely with development teams to ensure accurate implementation of designed solutions.

• Monitor and report on the effectiveness of implemented changes and new products.

Requirements

• 3+ years of experience as a Business Analyst in the software industry.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
• Proficiency in process mapping and modelling techniques
• Familiarity with UX design principles and ability to create user flow diagrams
• Proficiency in data analysis and visualization tools (e.g., Excel, Tableau, Power BI)

Education and Experience

• Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Information Systems, Biotechnology, or a related field
