Cyber Security Lead

Our client, a leader in financial services is looking for a Cyber Security Lead to join their growing team. 

Main responsibilities:

• Lead the management of ‘medium risk’ projects and collaborate with others on complex assignments, ensuring that team members meet objectives, deadlines, and budgets.
• Manage stakeholder expectations by understanding and defining client needs, maintaining focus on overall deliverables, and ensuring the application of agreed contractual terms.
• Analyze risks in engagements, including risk identification, evaluation (probability and impact), and apply risk management processes such as planning, resourcing, monitoring, and reporting.
• Utilize your network effectively to research and identify client issues, generate innovative solutions, and inform delivery strategies.
• Prepare annual cluster-specific budgets and monitor actual versus projected spend on a monthly basis.
• Conduct technical and quality engagement reviews to mentor junior staff and work with the team to identify opportunities for enhancing client services.
• Oversee the performance and development of direct reports, including performance management, personal development, and career growth.
• Provide training, technical guidance, and feedback to team members on policies, methodologies, systems, and procedures.

Requirements

• Possession of ISO27001 will be an asset
• Hold a CISA or CISM qualification, or be willing to obtain it in the next 6 months
• Experience using Penetration Testing, Ethical Hacking and Firewall Safety

Education and Experience

• Bachelor Degree in Computing or other ICT or engineering certificate
