Aluminium Assemblers & Installers

Our client within the Aluminium and Steel business, is looking for Aluminium Assemblers & Installers to join their growing team. The chosen candidate will:

• Assist in the fabrication of aluminum products, including measuring, cutting, and shaping aluminum materials using hand tools and basic machinery;
• Receive hands-on training in advanced aluminum fabrication techniques, such as MIG/TIG welding, CNC machine operation, and more.
• Work with team members to assemble aluminum components, ensuring quality standards are met.
• Learn how to sand, polish, and finish aluminum products to meet surface quality standards.
• Safely handle aluminum materials, with training provided in proper lifting techniques and tool usage.
• Help inspect products for accuracy and quality, learn how to read blueprints, and use precision measurement tools.
• Follow safety procedures and maintain a clean and organized work environment at all times.
• Opportunities to learn advanced aluminum fabrication skills and progress to more specialized roles within the company.

Requirements

• Reliable, punctual, and willing to take on new challenges.
• Eager to develop new skills in aluminum fabrication and assembly.
• Strong communication skills and ability to work effectively as part of a team.

Education and Experience

• Basic experience working with tools or in a hands-on environment is preferred but not required.
• Experience in aluminum or metal fabrication, welding is preferred.
