Our client is seeking a highly motivated Field Service Technician to join their team of skilled technicians within the pharmaceutical industry.

Responsibilities:

Install, qualify, and maintain pharmaceutical and medical equipment per standards and regulations.
Diagnose and resolve issues to minimize downtime and ensure smooth operations.
Conduct routine inspections and preventive maintenance for optimal performance.
Work closely with clients to understand their requirements and provide customized technical solutions.
Keep detailed records of repairs, maintenance, and client interactions.
Provide client training on operation and maintenance of pharmaceutical equipment.

Requirements:

Diploma or Bachelor's degree in Electronic or sciences
Familiarity with FDA guidelines and cGMP standards.
Analytical problem-solver with proactive troubleshooting skills.
Excellent communication and client interaction abilities.
Field service or pharmaceutical industry experience preferred.
Strong knowledge of pharmaceutical and medical equipment.
Proficiency in English is required.
Valid driver’s license; willingness to travel for training.
