Our client within the IT Industry is looking for a dedicated and proactive Handyman/Office Manager who is able to ensure the smooth operation and upkeep of their workplace.

Key Responsibilities

Oversee the routine upkeep of office facilities and equipment
Coordinate and manage repair works, including communication with external service providers
Ensure high standards of cleanliness are consistently maintained across the premises
Perform regular safety inspections and promptly address any identified risks or hazards
Assist with office setups, relocations, and provide basic support with IT and utility-related tasks

Requirements

Valid driving license is a must
Previous experience in office or facility maintenance
Practical and solution-oriented, with strong troubleshooting abilities
Basic knowledge of electrical and plumbing systems
Effective communication and strong organizational skills
Self-motivated, able to work independently, and take initiative when needed
English and Maltese language is a must.
