Our client, a well-established local civil engineering and building contracting company, is looking to hire a proactive and self-driven Project Manager. Your key responsibilities will include:
- Oversee all aspects of project development, including planning, scheduling, cost control, project and construction management.
- Prepare reports, compile project documentation, and monitor site progress.
- Coordinate with stakeholders to ensure timely and cost-effective project delivery.
Requirements
- Local experience in construction and/or civil engineering.
- Strong knowledge of local construction regulations.
- Familiarity with quality and health & safety standards.
- Proficiency in AutoCAD and Microsoft Office.
- Ability to work both independently and within a team.
- Must be based in Malta.
- Excellent command of both Maltese and English.
- Possession of a valid driving license.
