Our client who specializes in the construction industry is looking for a Projects Foreman (Finishings). Your roles and responsibilities will include:

Lead and manage all finishing activities on-site, ensuring quality and compliance
Supervise subcontractors, tradesmen, and laborers to meet project deadlines
Inspect work for quality assurance and manage corrections as needed
Coordinate materials, equipment, and schedules to keep project timelines on track
Ensure all safety protocols are followed on-site

Requirements

Knowledge and understanding of Maltese is a must
Strong understanding of finishings standards and attention to detail
Technical understanding of finishings would be ideal

Education and Experience

Previous experience in a similar position will be considered an asset
