Security Manager

Job Description:

• Ensure site compliance with security procedures outlined in ISO 14298, the Group Baseline Security Manual (GBSM), and customer-related compliance standards (e.g., ISO 27001, 22301).
• Maintain and develop various security, accreditation, and regulatory requirements.
• Integrate security and compliance requirements into daily business operations, ensuring processes are supported and audited.
• Provide advice to the Plant Manager on security and compliance matters.
• Manage investigations into security and compliance issues.
• Monitor and maintain key performance indicators (KPIs) for the department and site, using them to drive improvements.
• Identify and implement new ways of working, tools, equipment, and processes to enhance performance.
• Conduct supply chain audits of secure item manufacturers to ensure compliance with security and business continuity agreements.
• Execute all security-related activities in line with annual objectives and business priorities.

Requirements

• Previous experience in identifying, mitigating, and managing risks, incident response, and security.
• Previous experience in shipping/logistics planning managerial level
• Computer literate including Microsoft Office & ERM

Education and Experience

• Possession of NEBOSH Certification is considered an asset
• Obtaining ISO Lead Auditor certification is preferred.
