Our client, is looking to recruit a Senior Executive Maintenance to join their team. Reporting to the Head of HR, the chosen candidate will:
- Develop and implement a comprehensive maintenance strategy for all 24 hubs;
- Establish and enforce maintenance policies, procedures, and standards;
- Oversee all maintenance activities, including preventive, predictive, and corrective maintenance;
- Ensure timely and effective response to maintenance requests and emergency repairs;
- Monitor and analyze maintenance performance metrics, implementing improvements as needed;
- Foster a culture of continuous improvement, and safety;
- Implement and oversee health and safety programs, ensuring a safe working environment;
- Manage relationships with external vendors and service providers;
- Ensure the quality and timely completion of work performed by contractors;
- Provide technical guidance and support for complex maintenance issues;
- Ensure the proper maintenance and operation of all equipment and systems;
- Coordinate maintenance activities with other departments to minimize disruptions;
- Communicate effectively with stakeholders, providing regular updates on maintenance activities and performance;
- Prepare and present reports to senior management on maintenance operations and initiatives.
