Our client, a privately owned family business with experience in import and supply of products are currently looking for a Service and Installation Technician to join their growing team. Reporting to the Engineer, your responsibilities will include:
- Conduct on-site installation of dosing pumps
- Perform system tests and commissioning to ensure optimal functionality.
- Execute routine maintenance checks on dosing pump systems to identify and address potential issues.
- Implement repairs and replacements of faulty parts, ensuring minimal downtime for clients.
- Communicate effectively with clients to understand their requirements and expectations.
- Address customer concerns and provide timely and effective solutions.
- Perform technical and electrical related tasks to dishwashing and laundry machines.
- Adhere to safety protocols and guidelines during all service and installation activities.
Working Hours: Monday - Friday: 0730hrs - 1530hrs.
A company car and uniforms will be provided.
Requirements
- Proven experience in the installation, maintenance, and repairs
- A clean driving Licence.
- Strong understanding of mechanical systems, electrical components, and hydraulic principles.
- Ability to read and interpret technical drawings and specifications.
- Excellent problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
- Effective communication and interpersonal skills.
Education and Experience
- In possession of a Electrical License A certification.
- Excellent level of written and verbal English.
