DevOps Engineer

Our client, operating in the Fintech industry, is looking for a Senior Platform Engineer to join their growing team:  

Responsibilities:

• Assist engineering teams with platform-related changes and pipeline management.
• Administer and optimize DevOps platforms, ensuring seamless, secure, and efficient operations across GitHub, CircleCI, and AWS environments.
• Design and implement scalable, secure, and reliable cloud solutions by leveraging AWS services such as EC2, S3, RDS, Lambda, VPC, and CloudWatch.
• Develop and maintain infrastructure using CloudFormation and Terraform, ensuring scalability, maintainability, and resilience.
• Deploy and manage containerized applications using Docker, Kubernetes, and Helm, including Amazon EKS and ECS.
• Enforce security best practices, including vulnerability management, access control, and compliance with industry standards.
• Evaluate and refine workflows to enhance efficiency, quality, and adherence to fintech industry regulations.

Requirements

• Strong proficiency in GitHub, CircleCI, AWS, and Infrastructure as Code tools like CloudFormation and Terraform.
• Deep knowledge of AWS cloud architectures and toolsets.
• Hands-on experience with Docker, Kubernetes, Amazon EKS, and ECS.
• Expertise in implementing security best practices within DevOps environments.
• Experience in the fintech industry is a strong advantage.

Education and Experience

• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field, or equivalent industry experience.
• Minimum of 5-7 years in DevOps or platform engineering.
