Responsibilities:
Oversee a globally distributed team of IT, providing leadership and guidance to their respective team leads.
Ensure smooth operational execution across multiple locations while maintaining high-quality deliverables.
Establish clear objectives for team leaders, prioritize tasks effectively, and monitor progress to guarantee successful outcomes.
Develop and implement training programs to enhance technical expertise and maintain high-performance standards.
Travel frequently to our three key locations to ensure strategic alignment and team synchronization.
Take full responsibility for delivering the technical roadmap, and overseeing project planning, execution, and completion with precision.
Ensure all development initiatives align with business objectives and are delivered on time while meeting the highest quality standards.
Maintain a results-driven approach, proactively overcoming obstacles to ensure successful project completion.
Lead continuous optimization efforts in tech infrastructure, cloud operations, DevOps practices, and CI/CD pipelines to enhance performance, security, and system availability.
Drive automation initiatives to improve efficiency and accelerate development cycles without compromising quality.
Stay updated on the latest industry trends and emerging technologies, integrating the most innovative and effective solutions.
Requirements
Strong expertise in managing global remote teams while ensuring maximum efficiency and productivity.

In-depth knowledge of software development methodologies (Agile, Lean), cloud infrastructure, and development frameworks.
Education and Experience
5+ years of leadership experience in development operations within the iGaming or online gaming industry
Strong understanding of SDLC, CI/CD, DevOps culture, and cloud operations.
Expertise in PHP, JavaScript (including Angular & React), WordPress, and Cloudflare Workers, with experience in delivering complex technical solutions.
Proficiency in database technologies (SQL, NoSQL)
Solid understanding of website security using Cloudflare, including WAF configuration, SSL/TLS encryption, and DDoS mitigation
