Quality Assurance Manager

Our client, a global consulting and technology firm with a strong international presence, specializing in digital transformation, ERP, and cloud-based solutions is seeking to recruit a Quality Assurance Manager.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Define, implement, and maintain QA processes to ensure consistency across all projects and service delivery.
  • Act as the key link between firms abroad and delivery centers
  • Ensure a unified approach to QA and measurement
  • Ensure clear quality reporting with insights for leadership
  • A single point of contact for issue resolution and continuous improvement
  • Investigate and manage escalations
  • Track trends and recommend corrective actions
  • Develop and implement change plans to embed quality standards
  • Monitor progress and impact of quality initiatives
  • Staying updated on industry tools and best practices

Requirements

  • Strong understanding of ISO 9001, Six Sigma, Lean Management
  • Prior experience working with Quality Management tools
  • Skilled in driving continuous improvement processes

Education and Experience

  • 5+ years’ experience in quality assurance & compliance
