Our client, a global consulting and technology firm with a strong international presence, specializing in digital transformation, ERP, and cloud-based solutions is seeking to recruit a Quality Assurance Manager.
Key Responsibilities:
- Define, implement, and maintain QA processes to ensure consistency across all projects and service delivery.
- Act as the key link between firms abroad and delivery centers
- Ensure a unified approach to QA and measurement
- Ensure clear quality reporting with insights for leadership
- A single point of contact for issue resolution and continuous improvement
- Investigate and manage escalations
- Track trends and recommend corrective actions
- Develop and implement change plans to embed quality standards
- Monitor progress and impact of quality initiatives
- Staying updated on industry tools and best practices
Requirements
- Strong understanding of ISO 9001, Six Sigma, Lean Management
- Prior experience working with Quality Management tools
- Skilled in driving continuous improvement processes
Education and Experience
- 5+ years’ experience in quality assurance & compliance
