A financial institution is on the look out for a Senior Automation Developer

Responsibilities

  • Lead the design and execution of Robotic Process Automation (RPA) capabilities.
  • Develop and deploy end-to-end automated processes using appropriate technologies within the company's framework.
  • Drive automation initiatives, collaborating with stakeholders to address business challenges and improve customer experiences.
  • Work with cross-functional teams to define and achieve business outcomes.
  • Maintain and update team documentation, including playbooks and incident resolutions.
  • Support the Team Lead in setting and delivering short- and long-term team goals
  • Manage daily team operations, ensuring smooth execution of automated processes.
  • Participate in on-call rotations for production support (separate compensation provided).

Requirements

  • Knowledge of object-oriented programming for automation frameworks.
  • Experience on Software Testing Automation activities.
  • Understanding of RESTful APIs and their role in automation.
  • Strong analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills.
  • Familiarity with development environments and an agile mindset.
  • Open to travel as per company requirements

Education and Experience

  • Holds a Masters/Degree/Diploma in IT, Computer Science or in a related field.
  • Knowledge on ITIL based/ITSM platforms.
