Our client, a leader in the iGaming industry, is seeking to recruit a Senior QA Automation Engineer to join their growing team who will have a vital part in the design and development of their iGaming platform.
Responsibilities:
Collaborate with cross-functional teams to gather project requirements and develop thorough test plans.
Design, implement, and execute automated test scripts using Java and leading automation frameworks.
Conduct functional, regression, and performance testing to ensure the reliability and scalability of our applications.
Identify and document software defects with clarity and precision.
Work closely with developers to reproduce, debug, and resolve identified issues.
Contribute to the continuous enhancement of our testing processes and methodologies.
Stay current with industry best practices and emerging trends in QA and test automation.
Requirements
Proven experience as a QA Automation Engineer with a strong focus on Java, including a demonstrated track record in developing automated testing frameworks, particularly for API testing.
Proficient programming skills in Java and experience with automation frameworks like Selenium, TestNG, and JUnit.
Expertise in test automation tools such as Playwright and proficiency in JavaScript/TypeScript.
Solid understanding of software testing methodologies, test case design, and debugging techniques.
Deep understanding of the Software Development Life Cycle (SDLC) and Agile methodologies.
Basic knowledge of frontend technologies, including HTML, TypeScript, Angular, or React, is a plus.
Proficient in English with strong communication and collaboration skills.
Familiarity with build tools like Maven/Gradle and web frameworks such as Micronaut, Spring Boot, or Quarkus.
