Our client, a Building Services Company are looking for an experienced Building Services Procurement Officer. Reporting to the Managing Director your responsibilities will include:
- Acquire goods and services at the best price, quality, and timing with local and international companies
- Collaborate with departments to determine procurement needs.
- Select, negotiate, and maintain supplier relationships.
- Manage purchases, inventory, and deliveries.
- Ensure spending stays within budget limits.
- Verify that goods meet required standards.
- Stay updated on trends and procurement tools.
Working Hours: Monday - Friday
Requirements
- Local experience in a similar role and industry is a must.
- Hold an excellent level of written and verbal Maltese and English
- Have knowledge of market trends, negotiation skills, and familiarity with Sage Software.
