Our client in the shipping industry is looking for a motivated Customs Clearance Clerk individual to join our Customs Clearance Team.

Responsibilities

Communicate with clients to gather necessary documentation for accurate preparation and processing of customs paperwork for both import and export shipments.
Build strong relationships with customers, maintaining a friendly and helpful approach.

Requirements

A good standard of education.
Proficiency in computer skills, preferably including ECDL certification.
Strong teamwork and collaboration skills.
Must be currently based in Malta.
Excellent communication skills in both English and Maltese is a must.
Prior experience in shipping and/or customs industry is a must.
