Our client in the importation, marketing, and distribution of pharmaceutical products and medical devices, is looking to recruit a Distribution Centre Officer to join their growing team. The chosen candidate will:
- Handle client requests and ensure they receive the required product supplies;
- Enter and manage stock issues in the Drugsales IT system;
- Monitor and manage stock levels to ensure adequate supplies are available.
- Pick and prepare stock as required for orders;
- Process incoming goods and ensure they are properly placed and organized;
- Conduct general housekeeping duties to maintain stock organization and cleanliness;
- Communicate with clients, suppliers, and team members via email and phone;
- Operate a cash register, handle transactions, and perform cash reconciliation duties.
WORKING HOURS
MONDAY - FRIDAY 08:00 - 16:00
Requirements
- Strong organizational and stock management skills.
- Effective communication skills, both written and verbal.
- Ability to perform physical tasks related to stock picking and organization.
- Customer service orientation to effectively address client needs and inquiries.
- Attention to detail and accuracy in processing and entering stock data.
Education and Experience
- Proficiency in using IT systems for stock management.
- Experience in handling cash transactions and performing reconciliation.
- fluency in Maltese and English is a must and must be residing in Malta
