Procurement Pricing Specialist

Our client, a leading international Aviation company, is looking to recruit a Procurement Pricing Specialist to join their growing team. Reporting to the Group Head of Procurement, the chosen candidate will:

• Maintain and update price lists in the Priority ERP system to ensure accurate and up-to-date procurement data.
• Manage dynamic templates for pricing and procurement, optimizing usability and accuracy.
• Review and approve supplier invoices, verifying correct pricing and compliance with contracts and procurement agreements.
• Create and process procurement orders, ensuring timely and cost-effective purchasing.
• Prioritize procurement activities to align with business goals and meet critical deadlines.
• Negotiate with suppliers to secure competitive pricing and favorable contract terms.
• Collaborate with procurement, finance, and other internal teams to streamline and enhance purchasing workflows.
• Monitor and analyze procurement costs, identifying areas for improvement and potential cost-saving opportunities.
• Track and manage procurement projects and tasks using Monday.com, ensuring deadlines are met and objectives achieved.

Requirements

Education and Experience

• 1-2 years’ experience as a Procurement Officer for a Ground Handling Agreement or an airline employee in a similar position.
• A Degree in Logistics, Purchasing and Supply, Business Studies, Supply Chain Management or any relevant field.
• Knowledge of the freight and airline industries
• Fluency in English
