Supply Chain Coordinator

Our client who specializes in the Finishing and construction industry is looking for a Shipping Clerk. Your roles and responsibilities will include:

  • Managing shipping, customs, and inventory for purchased goods
  • Forecasting stock requirements
  • Creating and maintaining stock cards with proper documentation
  • Researching and sourcing new materials
  • Comparing prices with local and foreign suppliers
  • Monitoring local competitors and ensuring optimal product placement and pricing
  • Selecting and maintaining legal interactions with suppliers
  • Identifying new suppliers for current or new products
  • Performing general office and administrative duties as needed
  • Engaging in other tasks as required by the role

Requirements

  • Possess strong communication skills in both Maltese and English
  • Proactive with high motivation and a positive attitude
  • Have basic knowledge of computer skills including Excel

Education and Experience

  • Previous administration experience is a must
