Responsibilities:
- Plan, forecast, and allocate resources to meet delivery deadlines.
- Monitor utilization, identify gaps, and optimize assignments for efficiency and cost savings.
- Maintain a centralized database to track resource availability, skills, and allocation.
- Collaborate with the team and demand leads on resource planning.
- Provide reports on resource status, risks, and mitigation strategies.
- Serve as the escalation point for conflicts or shortages.
- Analyze utilization data to forecast future demand and trends.
- Leverage data insights to enhance resource planning and align with business goals.
Requirements
- 5 years previous experience in a similar role such as resource planning
- Able to plan strategically and forecast
- Data driven and able to analyse data
- Adaptable and resilient in their approach
Education and Experience
- Bachelors Degree in IT or Business Administration
