Within this role of a Warehouse Manager, you will be responsible for the overall operational function of the warehouse and logistics function.

Responsibilities:

Manage and lead the warehouse team on a daily basis
Monitor the correct incoming and outgoing stock movement
Plan the delivery of goods
Prepare the unloading and loading of goods
Supervising the receipt of all incoming consignments
Assessing the storage space and implementing changes within the layout of the warehouse as needed - new stacking and redesign of layout if & when required
Stock Inventory - quantity and quality
Ensuring the H&S aspect of the warehouse is adhered to by all
Liaising with all relevant stakeholders - internally and externally

Requirements:

Previous experience in warehousing
Experience in leading teams and delegating work accordingly
Excellent communication in both Maltese and English
Good knowledge of Computer applications
Approachable yet assertive
