Our client in the pharmaceutical industry is seeking a Warehouse Supervisor to join their expanding team. Your role will include:
- Receiving and handling goods.
- Assigning and staging materials for production processes.
- Preparing shipments.
- Ensuring the correct storage of materials.
- Monitoring stock levels and maintaining Enterprise Resource Planning (ERP) systems.
- Upholding the required standards of health, safety, hygiene, and security in the workplace.
The person chosen must be ready to work on a shift basis. Overtime opportunity is provided.
Team A:
- Monday 6am to 6pm
- Tuesday 6am to 6pm
- Wednesday off
- Thursday off
- Friday 6am to 6pm
- Saturday 6am – 2pm
Team B will work on Mon, Wed and Thursday and will alternate with Team A on a weekly basis.
Qualifications & Requirements
- A diploma or Advanced Level education is preferred, with a minimum of ‘O’ Level qualification required.
- Prior experience in logistics, sales, or warehousing activities.
- Experience in the pharmaceutical industry, GMP environments, or SAP systems is an advantage.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office programs, including Word and Excel.
- Self-motivated with a strong attention to detail
- Results-driven with a positive attitude aligned with company values.
- Capable of working both independently and as part of a team.
- Able to multitask, prioritize tasks, and meet deadlines.
- Strong communication skills in both English and Maltese is a must.
- Methodical and precise in work execution.
- Highly organized.
