Our client, a Building Services Company are looking for an experienced Building Services Estimator. Reporting to the Tendering Manager, your responsibilities will include:
Calculate total costs for building services, including labour, materials, and equipment. Develop budgets and forecasts.
Review drawings, conduct site visits, and gather data for accurate costings.
Research market rates, obtain supplier and subcontractor quotes.
Propose cost-saving alternatives without compromising quality.
Prepare and review tender submissions from subcontractors and suppliers.
Assess risks affecting timelines, budgets, and unforeseen factors.
Provide cost estimates, timelines, and risk assessments.
Coordinate with engineers, architects, and contractors to ensure cost accuracy.
Working Hours: Monday - Friday
Requirements
Local experience in a similar role and industry is a must.
Hold an excellent level of written and verbal Maltese and English
