A leading company within the HVAC industry is seeking an experienced Tenders Manager to join its team. The chosen candidate will be responsible for working on projects from the quote stage until closing.

Responsibilities:

Conducting the whole tendering process assuring quality and efficiency up to closing stage;
Searching for new projects (government and private projects) and contacting new clients;
Ensuring tendering participation for the most possible number of projects and that the business targets set by senior management are met;
Ensuring that all tenders are submitted with the required documentation and avoiding disqualification;
Ensuring that all tenders are being submitted on time and priced as instructed by senior management;
Following-Up with clients and their consultants on projects for the company has submitted offers;
Ensuring timely and efficient clarifications with clients at all stages;
Keeping an up to date database of projects in which the department has participated and their status;
Representing company at meetings with customers from quote stage until closing stage;
Preparing and submitting reports as requested from time to time;

Requirements:

Previous tendering experience is a must
A relevant engineering/technical qualification will be considered an asset
Be proficient in English. Maltese is preferred
High level of sound and independent judgment and reasoning
Flexible in approach and with hours

The salary offered will depend on the candidate's skills and experience
