Our client in the IT industry is looking to recruit a Cloud Engineer (Azure)to onboard and grow their managed client's internal infrastructure and security.
What you'll do:
Engineer and implement technology projects for customers, based on the company's strategic cloud and security managed services.
Proactively perform preventive maintenance and service improvements for customers’ managed environments, including systems, networking, security, and cloud.
Maintain open communication with customers, providing updates on incident progress and notifying them of upcoming changes.
Build strong customer relationships to foster repeat business and ensure high levels of customer satisfaction.
Collaborate with team members to maintain and update customer documentation, as well as provide consulting services that include system reviews and recommendations.
Support commercial activities in partnership with the company's commercial team.
Proactively explore ways to leverage technologies to improve efficiency, reliability, and security in our IT operations.
Actively engage in the research, development, and implementation of new technology initiatives aligned with the company's strategic goals.
Requirements
IT certifications like Azure Administration or Microsoft Security Administration is considered a plus
Passionate about IT with ideally 2 years experience in the field
Strong communication in English, both spoken and written
Familiarity with Azure and M365 portals is a plus
Education and Experience
Bachelor degree in computer science or a related field
