Responsibilities:
- Engage with clients to understand their financial and operational requirements, mapping these to appropriate system solutions
- Oversee the configuration, customisation, and full implementation lifecycle of financial systems, ensuring timely and effective delivery
- Deliver user training and post-implementation support to facilitate smooth adoption and utilisation of the system
- Resolve technical or process-related issues during and after implementation
- Keep abreast of industry best practices and emerging technologies to continuously enhance client solutions.
Requirements
- A good foundation in finance, accounting, or a related discipline.
- Exceptional communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills, capable of building strong relationships with different stakeholders.
- Analytical thinker with a knack for solving complex business challenges.
- A genuine interest in technology and a passion for applying it to improve business performance
- Solid organisational and project coordination skills, with the ability to manage deadlines and deliverables
Education and Experience
- Knowledge and understanding of ERP systems and processes is advantageous
