Our client in the hospitality industry is looking for a proactive and dynamic IT Specialist to join their team and enhance their technology infrastructure.
In this role, the IT Specialist will be responsible for defining, implementing, and supporting the company’s IT network infrastructure, along with other technical services and platforms, to align with the organization’s business objectives.
Responsibilities:
- Oversee IT systems, network infrastructure, servers, and cybersecurity to ensure smooth operations and data security.
- Lead IT projects, including system upgrades, troubleshooting, and new restaurant setups.
- Provide technical support to resolve hardware, software, and network issues, ensuring minimal downtime.
- Collaborate with departments and franchisors to align technology solutions with business and brand requirements.
- Manage IT equipment, inventory, and documentation, ensuring proper maintenance and system configurations.
- Develop user guides, and deliver on IT procedures and troubleshooting.
- Coordinate with vendors for timely implementation of hardware, software, and digital tools, recommending technology solutions to enhance operations and service quality.

Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in IT, Computer Science, or a related field (or equivalent).
- Minimum of 2-3 years of experience in IT support.

- Excellent organizational and time-management skills to handle multiple tasks in a fast-paced environment.
- Problem-solving skills with a proactive approach to learning in dynamic situations.
- Exceptional verbal and written communication skills with a customer-focused attitude.
