We are seeking a talented Network Engineer to join a Maltese company and play a key role in supporting their expanding telecommunications projects and solutions.
Job description:
Develop customized IT solutions based on client requirements and objectives.
Create detailed offers for clients, including Bills of Quantities (BOQs) and technical proposals.
Offer technical expertise during pre-sales discussions to understand and address client needs.
Manage quality assurance testing, ensuring compliance with industry standards and preparing reports for clients.
Oversee the commissioning of telecom systems at customer sites, ensuring they meet technical specifications and function correctly.
Provide ongoing post-sales technical support, troubleshoot issues, and continually improve skills to deliver innovative solutions.
Requirements
Great communication skills
Experience in designing network systems and troubleshooting issues
Strong understanding of quality assurance testing
Excellent report writing skills and the ability to maintain relationships
At least 2 years of local experience in network engineering, with knowledge of working with fiber optics
Fluency in Maltese language is an asset
Education and Experience
Qualification in Telecommunications, Networking, or a related field
Relevant certifications in telecom technologies, networking, or similar areas.
